If you place your order after our business hours, we will begin to process your order on the next business day and ship it out within 2-3 business days. All products sold by Hot-Pad are covered under our 30-day Guarantee against Defects. Items may be returned for replacement only. Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the following restrictions:
1. All products must be returned in original condition including proof of purchase, packaging, all parts and pieces.
2. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer using a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, etc.). If items are not sent by a traceable method, they will not be accepted. |
