I've had this for a while now and i've used it for everything. Sometimes when I'm camping, it's great using it around camp. Other times my son, uses it for Boy Scouts. The only thing that's bad about this back pad is that when use boil it, it's too big and I have to heat up one side first and then the other. Other than that it's great to use! I'd recommend this product to anyone.
